Mindfulness Courses for the Individual

What you can expect on an Individual Mindfulness Courses

  • 1-1 sessions are held face to face or online with Paula.
  • 8 sessions in total.
  • Sessions 1-6 are held on a weekly basis.
  • There is a two week gap between session 6 and 7 and a two week gap between session 7 and 8.
  • Each session is 1.5 hours long
  • Handouts provided.

 

This mindfulness course requires a commitment from the individual to attend all sessions and complete tasks at home and practice mindfulness tools and techniques on a daily basis. Email and telephone check-ins with Paula if and when needed.
