Group Mindfulness Courses
- Small group with maximum of 6 places per group.
- Face to face and online sessions available.
- 8 sessions in total.
- Sessions 1-6 are held on a weekly basis.
- There is a two week gap between session 6 and 7 and a two week gap between session 7 and 8
- Each session is 2 hours long.
- Handouts provided.
This course requires a commitment from participants to attend all sessions and complete tasks at home and practice mindfulness tools and techniques on a daily basis.
