Group Mindfulness Courses

    • Small group with maximum of 6 places per group.
    • Face to face and online sessions available.
    • 8 sessions in total.
    • Sessions 1-6 are held on a weekly basis.
    • There is a two week gap between session 6 and 7 and a two week gap between session 7 and 8
    • Each session is 2 hours long.
    • Handouts provided.

This course requires a commitment from participants to attend all sessions and complete tasks at home and practice mindfulness tools and techniques on a daily basis.
